Description
The HEKventure S product line was developed to maximize stable expression in HEK293 suspension cultures. It consists of the HEKventure S Medium and two feeding supplements: HEKventure Feed A and Feed B.
HEKventure S is a chemically defined, animal component-free and hydrolysate-free medium for stable HEK293 cell lines in suspension. It was developed for maximum production of viruses (e.g., adenovirus, lentivirus) and recombinant proteins (e.g., antibodies, Fc-fusion proteins).
Together with the chemically defined HEKventure Feed A and Feed B, the system achieves maximum substrate yields and cell densities of up to 3 × 107 cells/ml.
