The HEKventure S product line was developed to maximize stable expression in HEK293 suspension cultures. It consists of the HEKventure S Medium and two feeding supplements: HEKventure Feed A and Feed B. The HEKventure product line was developed by florabio AS, our expert partner in culture media development and optimization.
HEKventure Feed B is a chemically defined, animal component-free and hydrolysate-free supplement to boost fed-batch processes in stable HEK293 expression systems. The HEKventure S system was developed for production of viruses (e.g., adenovirus, lentivirus) and recombinant proteins (e.g., antibodies, Fc-fusion proteins) achieving cell densities of up to 3 × 107 cells/ml.
