Capricorn Scientific GmbH is an expanding company in the life sciences sector, serving customers worldwide in academic research, industrial production, and distribution. We produce sera, media, and reagents for cell culture used in research and production. To support our production team, we are looking for a:
Team Lead Medium/Serum Liquid Production (m/f)
We offer you:

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the production team.
- Supporting the team in special productions and new products.
- Employee deployment planning and ensuring smooth production processes, as well as providing technical support to employees.
- Creating and reviewing manufacturing instructions, as well as checking and completing manufacturing documentation in accordance with internal regulations.
- Ensuring proper documentation during productions and all processes, as well as planning training sessions, instructions, and practical onboarding of employees.
Your Qualifications:
- You are an open-minded person who enjoys working in a team, can inspire others, and have essential leadership and professional experience from a production environment.
- You have completed training or a degree in biology, chemistry, or pharmaceuticals, along with strong communication, moderation, and assertiveness skills.
- You have planning and organizational talent.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
