Accountant, tax clerk (m/f)

Your main responsibilities:
- Independent bookkeeping, in particular account assignment, posting and checking of business transactions
- Organization of the document system
- Posting of financial costs, credit cards and the cash register
- Checking and posting travel expense reports
- Carrying out account reconciliations and clarifications
- Administration and maintenance of fixed asset accounting
- Support in the preparation of tax returns (VAT, trade tax, corporation tax) and other reports (Intrastat)
- Support in preparing and auditing the annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement)
- Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Collaboration in the optimization of accounting processes
Collaboration on financial and tax projects - Master data maintenance in our ERP system (SAP Business One)
- Substitute processing of payment transactions and dunning procedures
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial and/or tax training
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, tax consulting or a similar field
- Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB and tax law
- Knowledge of SAP Business ONE desirable
- Confident handling of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and a high level of initiative

Your qualifications:

- Experience in handling and weighing raw materials

Your qualifications:
- You are studying biology or a related subject area.
- You already have some experience in sterile work.
- You are open, friendly and enjoy your work.
- You are able to work under pressure and meticulous work is a must for you.
- You are flexible and also have a good command of written and spoken German.
