Description

The HEKventure T product line was developed to maximize transient expression in HEK293 suspension cultures. It was designed by florabio AS, our expert partner in culture media development and optimization.

The HEKventure Transfection Sample Kit consists of a Transfection Booster and a Transfection Enhancer, both chemically defined reagents that enhance PEI-mediated transfection. The HEKventure Transfection Enhancer facilitates DNA-PEI complex formation, improving endocytic DNA uptake. Meanwhile, the Transfection Booster influences chromatin remodeling in the target DNA environment after nuclear entry, leading to enhanced gene expression.

The HEKventure Transfection Sample Kit includes:
1 x 250 μl HEKventure Transfection Enhancer
1 x 10 ml HEKventure Transfection Booster

When used in combination with HEKventure T Medium (HEKVT-500ML) – suitable for stock culture, transfection, and production – these reagents provide a streamlined approach to process optimization.
