Our New Product Line for Maximum Cell Viability
Neuronal cultures are demanding – from differentiation to cell viability and reproducibility. Our new product line offers the perfect solution: two basal media, specially developed for the cultivation of fetal and adult neuronal cells, supplemented with chemically defined additives such as NCS21 and N2 supplement.
NeuroBase supports the growth of prenatal and fetal brain neuronal cells without the use of feeder cells, creating a more controlled environment for your research. It is free of neurotransmitters such as glutamate and aspartate, enabling detailed studies of neuronal signaling pathways.
NeuroBase A is optimized for postnatal and adult neuronal cells, as well as neuronal tumor cell lines. Here, too, there is no need for feeder cells, which considerably simplifies the cultivation process and provides reproducible results.
